Who handles your data?

Eszter Racs, psychologist. For any data protection question you can reach me at esztermariaracs@gmail.com.

What do you provide?

The contact form asks for your name, your email address, your preferred consultation format and the text of your message. Nothing else is collected.

Please do not write detailed health information in the form — those matters are best discussed in person.

What is it used for?

Only to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to arrange an appointment. There is no newsletter, and your data is never passed on for marketing.

The legal basis is your consent, given with the checkbox before the form is submitted.

Who can see it?

The site runs on Netlify (Netlify, Inc., United States), and messages sent through the form reach me via their service. Apart from me and the hosting provider, no one has access to your message.

How long is it kept?

Your enquiry is kept for at most 12 months and then deleted. If therapeutic work follows, I will tell you separately at the first session how those records are handled.

What are your rights?

You can ask at any time what data I hold about you, and ask me to correct it, delete it or restrict its use. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without giving reasons. An email to the address above is enough; I reply within 30 days.

If you believe I am handling your data improperly, you can complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11., ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu, www.naih.hu), or go to court.
